By checking this you consent to provide Rent Solutions Inc. with direct communication with the tenant

• Discussion of lease terms and conditions.


• Coordination of maintenance and repair services


• Notices and communications regarding legal or compliance matters


• Any other matters pertinent to the management of the property.

I understand that his authorization allows Rent Solutions Inc. to act on my behalf in matters related to the management of my rental property. I also understand that I will be kept informed of all significant communications and actions taken.

This consent remains in effect until I provide written notice to Rent Solutions Inc. of its revocation.
